To all my students,
please submit your group discussions on all the types of heat transfer into the comment box below.
Ensure that you put your group name and your group members so that I can grade them.
Don't forget that your group discussion comments will be first be moderated by me before I publish it. (So that I can correct your misunderstanding in the concepts)

Radiation as Heat Transfer
Dear students who are tasked to do radiation,
This entry is for you to look up for the radiation websites that might be useful for your discussion later with your groupmates.
For your info:
Radiation: Heat transfer through EM waves.
Takes place in all medium.
Dark and dull surfaces are better heat absorbers and emitters of heat than bright and shiny surfaces.
Thank you.

Convection as Heat Transfer
Dear students who are tasked to do convection,
This entry is for you to look up for the convection websites below that might be useful for your discussion later with your groupmates.
For your info:
Convection: Heat transfer through the different density of fluid.
Takes place in liquid and gas
Hot water expands and becomes less dense, therefore it rises and occupies the cooler water at the top of the container. Cooler water sinks and get heated up by the heating element at the bottom. The cycle then continues.
Thank you.
For those who wish to help you friends with more weblinks, please put it inside the comment box below.

Conduction as Heat Transfer
Dear students who are tasked to do conduction,
This entry is for you to look up for the conduction websites below that might be useful for your discussion later with your groupmates.
For your info:
Conduction: Heat transfer through the vibration of molecules.
Takes place in all medium
Metal are better conductors of heat because valence electrons, that are free-moving within the lattice structure can carry heat from one end to another faster.
Thank you.

Instructions
Hi my class 3T1!
=)
This is my first blog post here to highlight the things that you are supposed to do.
My instructions:
1. Please put your group number as your title and the type of heat transfer that your group is doing research on.
As you know, you are divided into the 3 different types of heat transfer namely, Conduction, Convection and Radiation.
2. Write down what you have learnt by yourself individually as well as a group in one blog entry for your group inside the comments into the different heat transfer that you are allocated.
3. Include the KND and any references that you had used. Any websites that you learn by yourselves, please put it inside the comments as well.
That's all from me.
